Paper Presentation Guideline

1. For Research Papers, 25 minutes will be allocated for presentation including questions & discussion.
2. For In-Use and Special Track Papers, 20 minutes will be allocated for presentation including questions & discussion.
3. Please keep your presentation within the time limit.
4. Please introduce yourself to your session chair before your session begins.
5. Please test your laptop and slides in the conference room prior to your session to ensure they work properly.

Poster Presentation Guideline

1. The text, figures and tables on the posters should be large and clear enough to be readable from a distance.
2. Your poster should be in 1 page of A1-size paper [594 mm (Width) x 841 mm (Height)]. Orientation of poster is Portrait.
3. Please include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of the authors, and nessesary figures and tables in the poster.
4. Please use the poster display boards that will be available at the presentation site.
