Registration fees are as follows. All pricing is inclusive of GST where applicable, and is given in Australian dollars.

IMPORTANT

  • ADC-18 requires at least one Full ADC registration per accepted paper, and this registration must be made by 12 April 2018; otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
  • If you are the co-author of more than one paper, you only need to register once. The non-author early registration is due on 22 April 2018.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION

  • Conference Registration [Full & Student] includes access to the 3 day Australasian Database Week 2018 (23-25 May) including both the ADC conference and the PhD School, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, reception, and proceedings. The main ADC conference starts on 24 May.
  • PhD School Only Registration [Full & Student] includes access only to the 2 day PhD School (only one session (3:00 PM- 5:00 PM) on 24 May), coffee breaks, lunches and access to speaker presentations. The main PhD School starts on 23 May.

REGISTRATION METHODS

ONLINE: ADC 2018 prefers that participants register through the online registration system, which accepts Master card, Visa card and American Express.

OTHER: If online payment via credit card is not possible, please contact bigk@itee.uq.edu.au to make alternative arrangements.

ON-SITE: Attendees may pay at the conference registration desk by cash or credit card. The registration desk opens every day at 8:00 am. If you plan to pay on-site, please contact bigk@itee.uq.edu.au in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and refund requests received on or before 9 May 2018 will be subject to a $50 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after 9 May will NOT be refunded. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, your registration may be transferred to a colleague. To organize a registration name transfer, email your request to bigk@itee.uq.edu.au
