Registration

The competition registration can be done by putting a request with the following information . If you would like to register and receive the test dataset, please send a email addresses to abhijitdas2048@gmail.com with subject line as SSBC 2015 , with the following information:

Name
Affiliation
Email Address
Phone Number
Mailing Address

Outcome of the competition

As a competition organizer, we have a choice to:

-Submit paper at the regular deadline for BTAS (April 1, 2015) and go through regular review process. Note that there is a chance that the paper may not be accepted, depending on the feedback of the reviewers and the decision by the program committee of the conference. In case if your paper gets rejected you can submit a poster using the second option.

-Submit a poster draft by July 15, 2015 deadline which will be reviewed by Program Chairs and Competition Chairs. There is no paper published with this option, but gives your team an extended deadline and a chance to present your paper a poster.

One possible outcome is that the competition may not be presented at BTAS 2015. One reason this may happen is that there are not enough participants, that participated in the competition.
