Crossroads outside the Castle

Just to the north-east of the castle a large variety of kites of many different sizes and shapes can be seen flying in the wind. A small dirt trail also winds its way from the crossroads around the castle toward the north-west. It looks to be well used by people and not carts or wagons.

A stony road heads both east and west into the forest, while a very worn potholed leads south toward a village of some sort at the bottom of the hill on the edge of the surrounding forest.
