South-Western Beach

Wandering along the beach between the lake and the cliff face you can't help but wonder why it is that the sun never seems to set! Maybe it is afraid to descend into the great forest!

Looking up you can just see the top of the castle peeking over the top of the cliff to the east with its high towers stretching way up into the clouds. Well, maybe it doesn't reach quite that high, but it is reaching for it. Also to the south east you can see some sort of jetty jutting out into the crystal lake.

The cliff here has many foot and handholds and may be climbable. About half-way up the cliff you spot some sort of nest on a rocky outcrop. You don't, however see any bird or other animal which could have made it and you wonder if it is in use, or has anything in it at all.

The beach here looks as if it contains patches of different colored sand. Some of the patches look vaguely human shaped, and one particularly large yellow one though partially obscured by others looks to be at least 12 feet tall. Maybe someone likes making huge sand murals. Whatever the cause, it looks very interesting.

You can..
[North-West] Wander north-west along the beach
[South-East] Wander south-east toward the jetty
  • Climb that cliff (or at least try to)
