Internet Exporter Bookmark Images

IE v5 can use a web site supplied shortcut image in its bookmarks list.
to do this you either put a 16x14 pixel ".ico" image in that directory
called "favicon.ico"   OR   in the HTML file add the line...

   <link REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="path/to/favicon.ico">

To see in action, it must be IE5 & it didn't seem to possible to test from the
drive, only online & seems to be semi- permanent - when user eventually clears
history, customised icons vanish, althoguh these may be caused by my win
settings.
