Here we look at miscellaneous categories of polyhedra. The groups formed are
interesting though unrelated.
Deltahedra are polygons built only from equilateral triangles, and by this
definition an infinite number of such solids exist. However if we further
limit this to convex polyhedra, then only a limited number of such solids
exist. All of these are part of other polyhedra sets, which is also the way I
have ordered them in that way.

This as I mentioned above is infinite group, but I hope to give some of the
more interesting examples of these deltahedra.
