Edge of the Forest

You are on a wide dirt road at the the very edge of the tangled forest. The road continues eastward into the depths of the forest and westward through a open grassy area toward what looks to be a magnificent castle.

A sign next to the road reads...

Warning -- the varmits in these woods are not tame.
Travelers are warning to stay on the road,
as thier remains will not be returned to thier kin.

Looking around you spot a small trail leading south-east into the tangled undergrowth of the forest.

You can..: Follow the road east, deeper into the Forest; Head westward, along the road toward the castle; Ignore the sign and follow the forest trail into the undergrowth
