To the east a heavy iron bound door set in the dungeon corridor has been left wide open. Inside a large guard room is lit by numerous torches set in brackets along the wall. A table can be seen in the middle of the room and the sound of snoring can also be heard. Above to the door a sign reads ``Castle Prison''.

On the wall next to the prision door more graffiti can be seen...

To your left (westward), is a dark forbidding passage sloping downward. The passage, unlike the rest of this corridor, is carved directly out of the granite bed rock. A small wooden plaque with the edge closest to the passage chard, reads...
